1 Definitions and Scope

3 Age Verification and Eligibility Criteria

The following persons may not open an account or use the services of kx8025:

• Any person under the age of 21.
• Those whose previous account has been banned or closed.
• Those who are subject to a Self-Exclusion process.
• Those for whom use of this service is prohibited by law.
• Officers, employees of kx8025 or their close relatives.

4 Deposit, Withdrawal and Payment Policy

5 Bonuses, Promotions and Welcome Offers

kx8025 offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. These bonuses are subject to specific conditions.

Welcome Bonus:

• A 120% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000.
• Wagering requirement: you must wager 20 times the deposit plus bonus amount.
• Example: deposit ৳1,000 and you will receive ৳1,200 in bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200.
• Example: deposit ৳18,000 and you will receive a maximum bonus of ৳10,000, giving a total balance of ৳28,000.

General Bonus Rules:

• Each user may use each promotion once only.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless explicitly stated.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirements are met.
• kx8025 reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel bonus offers at any time.
• If a user attempts to obtain bonuses through fraudulent means, their account will be cancelled and the bonus forfeited.

Under the VIP program, weekly cashback benefits are available across four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. The cashback rate increases as you advance through each tier.

6 Betting Rules and Fair Play Policy

All betting activity on kx8025 is conducted in accordance with the following rules:

1. Fair Play: All games and betting systems operate on balanced and verifiable technology. kx8025 believes in the fair play principle.
2. Bet Validity: A bet once confirmed cannot be changed or cancelled, unless a technical error is proven.

4. Manipulation and Fraud: The use of bots, automated software, VPNs or any fraudulent methods is strictly prohibited. In such cases, the account and all winnings will be forfeited.
5. Betting from Multiple Accounts: The same person or associates may not place bets on the same event from multiple accounts.
6. Event Cancellation: If an event is cancelled or postponed, bets will be settled in accordance with kx8025's established policy.
7. Maximum Winnings: kx8025 reserves the right to set a maximum payable amount for a single bet or session.

7 Account Suspension and Closure

kx8025 reserves the right to investigate, suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these terms.

• Operating multiple accounts.
• Allowing a third party to use the account.
• Money laundering or suspicious financial activity.
• Age verification not completed or proven to be a minor.

Upon account closure, any valid remaining balance (if applicable and if bonus conditions have been met) will be returned. However, if fraudulent activity is proven, all funds may be forfeited.
